Rock Identifier Chart- posted from Centennial, CO
After learning about Sedimentary, Metamorphic and Igneous rocks, and doing the Mineral Madness and rock testing, we decided to put what we learned to use and try to identify several rocks we have in our collection. This is also suggested in the life application section at the end of Fun with Rocks, but we took it a step further to make this beautiful chart by identifying, then hot gluing each rock to a piece of cardboard.
