Hey there!
I had my son basically do Option 1, but on Google Slides rather than on paper. My kids don't get a lot of computer time, and we feel it's important for them to learn how to use these programs that are being used in businesses today. So, whenever I can mix computers with learning a tool for their future, I feel like that's a win!
He had to make a title page, then a slide for each vocabulary word including the word, its definition, and a picture from google, pixabay, or canva that related to the word.
