For the vocabulary cards that are needed for the Final Test, try Anki. It's a spaced repetition system, which means the cards that are missed are reviewed more often, and those that are mastered are shown less. Studies have shown this type of review greatly improves retention.
There's a simplified version free on the web (linked), and a download-based application with multimedia features (also free). The extra features allow you to add images, etc., to help with recall.
