In addition to tracing numbers we had some fun by adding glue and glitter to the numbers we practiced this week. We will glitter the rest once we work on them in each unit. The tracing page is just a random free one I found online. Once it drys your kid can trace and feel the number.

Book: Cozy by Jan Brett- posted from New Auburn, WI
My kids loved the book Cozy by Jan Brett as a supplemental text this week — we borrowed it from our local library. It is fiction (several artic animals keep warm in a musk ox named Cozy's fur for the winter, it's very similar to Jan Brett's book "The Mitten") but there's some real musk ox/artic habitat info in the book and it's a fun story. We really liked it!
