Book recommendation in keeping with greedy theme- posted from Milpitas, CA
I coincidentally came across the book Mouse Count by Ellen Stohl Walsh and it’s about a greedy snake who wanted to count his mice before eating them and he ended up loosing all the mice before he could eat them due to his greed. If you want to hone in on the theme of being greedy during this unit, I would recommend getting a copy of this book from the library. Another bonus, this book is great for teaching counting.
