- United States customary system: the main system of measurement used in the United States (also called the US customary system)
- Inch: a unit of length in the US customary system
- Foot: a unit of length in the US customary system, equal to 12 inches
- Yard: a unit of length in the US customary system, equal to 3 feet or 36 inches
- Ruler: a tool for measuring length
- Measuring tape: a tool, also called a tape measure, for measuring length, often showing both inches and centimeters
